A version of Eugene Harold Krabs, also known as Alternate Reality Mr. Krabs or Alternate Krabs is the main antagonist of the SpongeBob SquarePants episode "The Algae's Always Greener".
He is an alternate version of Mr. Krabs and the former-friend turned arch-enemy and later rival of Mr. Plankton.
He is voiced by Clancy Brown, who also voiced his mainstream counterpart.

In the Alternate Reality of his mainstream universe counterpart: Mr. Krabs.
Sheldon J. Plankton was born on the same day as Mr. Krabs where both the two would later meet each as babies.
During his childhood with him, both Plankton and Krabs were considered outcasts by the other kids, because Plankton was poor and Krabs was already very intelligent, which earned him the image of a nerd. When they discovered that money could bring them out of their poverty, they decided to make money selling hamburger patties and set up a mini-restaurant in the local dump.
At first, their burgers were not successful; the first of their patties were tried by Old Man Jenkins, who was knocked out by the contaminated burger. Plankton started complaining about how Jenkins had been old and not able to handle the patty. Offended by this, Krabs tried to take the recipe from Plankton to improve upon. Plankton wanted to do this himself and both he and Krabs argued, but he only ended up with the corner of the recipe, which read: "And a pinch of chum."
Krabs stormed out of the restaurant and went to create his recipe, using only his memory, the corner of the recipe, and science. At school, Krabs tried to sell his chum burgers in a chum bucket and failed, while Plankton succeeded with his Krabby Patties, which he had created by accident when Krabs had forcefully slammed the door. Ingredients fell in the patty batter, thus creating the patty. Krabs later named his restaurant the Chum Bucket, after the secret ingredient of the original unsuccessful patty recipe. Mr. Plankton named his restaurant the Krusty Krab after his former friend.
To this very day, Krabs has been single-mindedly obsessed with obtaining the Krabby Patty formula and running the Krusty Krab out of business.
The Algae's Always Greener[]
When Plankton failed on getting the Krabby Patty formula, he gets tired of getting defeated by his enemy Krabs, they both switch lives.
Alternate Reality Krabs first appears where he goes into the Krusty Krab and uses a rope in order to steal the Krabby Patty, he dares Alternate SpongeBob to clothe him in which SpongeBob does in which Krabs laughs when he doesn't get clothed only until he gets clothed by a bra which he says at least it's the underwire. He gives Mr. Plankton his stolen patty, Krabs then vows to Mr. Plankton that one day he will manage to steal a Krabby Patty, even if he has to return day after day to do it, this makes Mr. Plankton realize how intolerable living Krabs' life is for him. Plankton then screams, unable to stand his new life and its problems any longer, and then presses a button to send himself back home.
Skills & Abilities[]
Krabs is a skilled thief as shown in the episode "The Algae's Always Greener", being able to swing in a rope with significant speed. Comically speaking, he has a weakness to clothes.
Trivia[]
- Ironically, despite being an "evil alternate universe" version of him, his Mainstream counterpart has committed much worse crimes.
- It is likely that Alternate Reality Mr. Krabs is naked because the mainstream Plankton is also naked.
- If this would make sense that, this would imply that Alternate Krabs used to be best friends with Mr. Plankton.
