Big Choco is one of the Boss Pirates, the leaders of the Tabemon Monsters from the video-game "The Munchables".
He has the appearance of a gigantic vaguely anthropomorphic bar of chocolate and attacks the hero from the top of Dessert Factory where he and his minions have been creating an army of lesser Tabemon Monsters to conquer the world.
He attacks via firing globs of molten chocolate at the hero and using his arms to try and crush the hero - he is vulnerable to having this chocolate thrown back at him however and after the confrontation is devoured by the hero.
