Pokémon Masters[]
Ariana appears in the Johto-themed chapter of the second arc of Pokémon Masters, aiding Giovanni's schemes to take over Pasio. After the introductory cutscene, Ariana makes her first appearance alongside Archer, being cornered by Lance, Karin, and Morty within their base. After seemingly being defeated without a fight, the two admins note their research in the field of dynamax before allowing Giovanni to step forth, with the leader gaining the ability to dynamax his Nidoking. The admins also appear alongside their leader after Giovanni destroys his own base, leaving alongside him following Silver's defeat. Ariana next appears within Lear's mansion, stopping the protagonists with a group of Team Rocket grunts out of a desire to spare their group's pride. Insulting Lyra and Kris' ideals of treating Pokémon with kindness, the female trainers square off against the admin with their new legendary Pokémon, allowing Ethan and Silver to advance to Giovanni's location.
Ariana next appears in the Hoenn-themed chapter of the same arc, first appearing alongside Archer in Giovanni's lair. Here, Ariana reports of a scouting team's finding of changing field of energy within Pasio, something Giovanni takes interest in. Detailing similar events in Hoenn's past, Giovanni notes his desire to use these circumstances for his own benefit.
Following this, Ariana is among the members of Team Rocket who attempt to steal Reshiram and Zekrom away from N. However, their attempts at doing so are foiled through the arrival of the Shadow Triad, who ultimately kidnap both master and beast to bring them to Ghetsis.
Ariana is later seen in the Kalos-themed chapter of the arc, confronting Looker and Emma after his group's scheme of spying on Team Flare is exposed. While the team of Archer, Petrel, and her at first intimidate Looker, the arrival of well-timed backup forces the three admins into a retreat.

Trivia[]
- "Aria" from her name is Italian for "air".
- As she is the only female Executive in the Johto's Team Rocket, she could be easily adapted from her Generation II design in Generation IV. In this respect, she is the female counterpart of Archer, who was based on the original male Executive. However, Proton and Petrel, originally using the same sprite as Archer, had to be designed from scratch.
- Sham from Pokémon Adventures is based on Ariana's original Generation II design, and is named differently because of the lack of names for the executives at the time. This makes her Ariana's cross-canon counterpart.
- In Pokémon FireRed and 'Pokémon LeafGreen, Ariana has a male Arbok and a male Vileplume. In the Generation II and IV games, however, she has a female Arbok and a female Vileplume that evolved from a Gloom.
