Malory Archer is the tritagonist of the FX network television show Archer. She is the head of the secret agency ISIS and the mother and boss of its elite spy, Sterling Archer.
She is a callous, alcoholic, and promiscuous woman (which would explain how Sterling ended up that way as well). She has a very dysfunctional relationship with her son, whom she often neglected when he was younger. For all her faults, however, she genuinely loves her son; she often goes out of her way to keep him safe, and hardly ever leaves his side for the three years in which he is in a coma.
She frequently treats her employees with disdain and disrespect and has been known to do such things as calling in a bomb threat on a cruise blimp in order to get nicer accommodations or haggling over her son's ransom with pirates. But she doesn't always get away with it, thanks to Sterling Archer.
She was voiced by the late Jessica Walter, who also played Evelyn Draper in Play Misty for Me, Demoness in The Life and Times of Juniper Lee and Meteora Butterfly in Star vs. the Forces of Evil.
