The Pigs (Lloyd, Lloyd (possibly Boyd) and Floyd) are major characters in the Canadian animated television series The Raccoons. They are Cyril Sneer's bumbling henchmen and assistants, who often help him on his goals to become rich.
Roles[]
The Pigs serve as the secondary antagonists for a majority of the episodes, especially in the first two seasons, though their roles begin to vary in the later episodes.
They are the main antagonists of the episodes "Second Chance!", "A Catered Affair!", "Science Friction!", "Endless Summer!", "Promises Promises!" and "The Evergreen Election!" They also serve as the central antagonists of the episode "The One That Got Away!".
They also serve as the main protagonists of the episode "Mom's the Word!" and "The Headline Hunter!" and major protagonists in the episodes "Stealing the Show!", "Moving In!", "End of the Line!", "Easy Money!", "The Wrong Stuff!"
Personality[]
The Pigs are Cyril's right hand men. They are constantly trying to impress The Boss, in search of the elusive "raise". Inevitably, they are so incompetent that they can't even be trusted with their own lunch. Food is usually a powerful incentive for them - that and the threat of Cyril's wrath.
They often try to please Cyril with a brainless ill-hatched plan. Although Cyril's grand schemes have been ruined beyond belief on more than one occasion by the Pigs, he can never quite bring himself to fire them, and if he ever does, he ends up hiring them again.
It is implied that their mother, Mrs. Suey-Ellen Pig, could not tell the difference between them. All three of them are only ever referred to as "Llyod" implying she gave them all the same name, although fans have tried to give different Pigs different names.
