The "Enormous Crocodile" is the titular antagonist of Roald Dahl's novel of the same name and was depicted as an exceptionally large and nasty crocodile who was determined to devour human children, the other animals are repulsed by the crocodile's evil plan and continually foiled his many attempts to eat children - yet the determined Crocodile continued his quest regardless.

Ultimately the "Enormous Crocodile" is defeated once and for all when a giant elephant named Trunky intervenes, grabbing the wicked creature by the tail and swinging it into the sky with such strength he flew straight into the sun: never to bother human children again.
