Emperor Karkaro is the leading villain in the volumes 5-6 of Godzilla: Rulers of Earth. He is the Emperor of an alien race called the Cryogs, who attempt to conquer Earth.
Villain Biography[]
Origins[]
Karkaro was Emperor when King Ghidorah destroyed the Cryog’s home planet. Since then, he lead the Cryogs through space.
Godzilla: Rulers of Earth[]
In volume 5, Emperor Karkaro boards Admiral Rhizon’s ship. He sees that the Admiral has continued to fail at conquering Earth, so he comes to do it himself.
He sends out the Trilopods, to wipe out Earth’s Kaiju. In volume 6, it seems he will succeed in his goal, when he is thwarted by Godzilla and the other Kaiju.
Not to mention that Admiral Rhizon fights back. In the carnage of Gigan and Jet Jaguar’s battle, the emperor dies.
Though he sent Magita to finish the Kaiju off, Godzilla kills Majita.
Appearance[]
Emperor Karkaro has the basic design of every Cryog. He has tentacles for arms, and a squid-like Head with red eyes and a mouth.
However, he has a more grand appearance, with a heavily defined frill with spikes jutting out of it. He also has jewels on himself, and garments.
Trivia[]
- In previous volumes, Admiral Rhizon served as a primary antagonist. However, he is displaced from that position at Emperor Karkaro appearance.
