This is about the Marvel Punisher character. For the Halo aliens commonly known as "Elites", see Sangheili.

Elite

Elite is a villain who first appeared in Punisher Vol.3 5.

Little is known about Elite’s origins. He turned up in the wealthy Riverside Park area of New York and immediately set about insuring the neighbourhood remained "nice" by executing anyone he thought lowered the tone. This brought him to the attention of The Punisher, an on and off vigilante who (depending on the writer) varies between a ruthless killer to a man with strict moral code - as is often the case when two violent vigilantes meet the two became enemies.
