El Sombrero is a DC comics supervillain and an enemy of Batman and Gaucho.

The criminal known as El Sombrero is the arch-enemy of the Argentinian superhero, Gaucho, although having no superhuman abilities of his own El Sombrero is very well known as a man who specializes in designing elaborate death-traps for anyone willing to pay him enough money.
