Edith and Harold Cranwinkle are the elderly owners of Reflections, an art sales, supplies, & lessons store. They first appear together in the episode Art Crawl. Edith is the chairperson of the Art Crawl, an event where local businesses display art work. Tina and Gene take art lessons from them. Edith attempts to have Bob arrested for defacing artwork in her store after he accuses her of censoring Gayle's artwork, but Linda confesses to the censorship and Louise pays off Bob's debt.

Edith and Harold made a brief appearance in Bob Day Afternoon, although Edith was the only one of the two to have a speaking role. Edith appeared with a speaking cameo appearance in Ear-sy Rider and God Rest Ye Merry Gentle-Mannequins. Since then, Harold has either not appeared or does not speak, as he has not had a speaking role since Art Crawl.
