Dragon Master Zoc was a minor villain the the video-game Lunar: The Silver Star Story.
He passed himself off as the legendary Dragon Master but was disliked by many as he openly abused his "gifts" and made people's lives miserable.
He was tracked down by the heroes and was asked the colors of the dragons by Nall to test him, he made up several false colors but Nall wasn't fooled and knew he was lying.
Angered at being caught Zoc tried to summon his "dragon" to attack them, though in reality it was a large toad-like monster instead.
After Zoc and his "dragon" were defeated he repented, promising not to commit evil again and fled back to the town.
