Dr. Zepherin is a minion of Guy Sweetland the main antagonist of Dogz and Vampires, Creeping Together!- he is the mastermind of the project that created Bludhound and seeks to merge vampires and lycans together to form a new super-species on behalf of his master. He has a maniacal and power-hungry personality in line with that of a mad scientist and has his Dogz minions keep many vampires in cages as hostages as he prepares to experiment on them.
When heroes interfere, Dr. Zepherin uses experimental vampire and werewolf DNA to transform into a monster and does battle, thinking himself unbeatable- yet, he is nevertheless defeated and presumably either killed by the vengeful New Shadows or imprisoned at a later date by an off-screen hero.
