Dr. Mark Willard is the main antagonist and boss in Tomb Raider III: Adventures of Lara Croft.

Dr. Willard is a scientist that works for the RX-tech mining company who hires Lara Croft to find three pieces of a meteorite that gives supernatural powers, the fourth piece had already been found by Lara when she took it from one of his employs who had gone mad. He sends Lara on various expeditions in Nevada, south America and London to find the missing pieces. After acquiring the artifacts, Willard meets Lara again in Antartica and reveals his true motives to use the pieaces to accelerate human evolution and turn humanity into mutant creatures. After Lara attempts to stop him he runs away inside the meteorite cave where he puts to use the pieces and turns himself into a giant half man half arachnid mutant. Lara then removes the pieces from their positions in the cavern and eventually defeats Willard, interrupting his evil plans.
