Colonel Chikaraishi Takeshi is the main villain in Legend of the Fist: The Return of Chen Zhen .
Chikaraishi's brother and his men murder and rape Chinese people. They have no remorse for it. Later, Chen kills Chikaraishi's brother and his men. Chen made Chen sister's rapists cough up blood after Chen punch his balls and Chen kills his sister's rapists.
Chen defeats all the combatants alone, after which he faces Chikaraishi in a one-on-one bout and defeats his opponent eventually. Chikaraishi failed to avenge his father's death. Chikaraishi maybe dead after Chen beats him.
He was later been replace by someone else when he was defeated.
