Chick Hicks' Pit Crew are the secondary antagonists in the 2006 Disney/Pixar film Cars. They are the pit crew members and henchmen of dirty racer Chick Hicks.
Just like their boss, the crew members work for their sponsor (The Hostile Takeover Bank) and share his mustache look. They also share Chick's hatred towards Lightning McQueen (the protagonist of the film), taking any opportunity to insult him, especially after Lightning McQueen loses his own pit crew because of his snobbish attitude towards them. They even seem to take delight in hearing about McQueen's disappearance, which allowed Chick to take away McQueen's fans for himself, though McQueen would later be found at a forgotten town called Radiator Springs (thanks to a tip from Doc Hudson, who was known as the legendary racer Hudson Hornet during the 1950s).
During the final Piston Cup race, the crew members are seen helping out Chick taking the lead and laughing when Chick tells them that Lightning is too depressed to compete as he misses Radiator Springs. However, this wasn't the case when Doc Hudson brings in several residents of Radiator Springs as McQueen's new pit crew to cheer up McQueen and help him take the lead. As such, Chick's pit crew are very surprised and shocked to see that the legendary Hudson Hornet has returned with his racing colors and acting as their rival's crew chief.
Without hesitation, the pit crew tried to insult McQueen's pit crew (mostly Guido), but Doc Hudson gets them to stand their ground. When Chick gives McQueen a flat tire, Guido bests the crew members out by easily drilling up McQueen's new tires in less than 4 seconds. This leaves Chick's pit crew completely shocked by Guido's outstanding skills, with their mustaches instantly falling off. Mater even took the time to mock Chick's pit crew by flashing one of his rear-view mirrors at them after McQueen successfully averts another of Chick's dirty moves by driving backwards (thanks to Mater's advice). It is unknown what happened to them after Chick was disqualified for cheating.
