Chica the Chicken

Chica the Chicken, also known as simply Chica, is a major character in the Five Nights at Freddy's franchise. She is an animatronic chicken created by Fazbear Entertainment. She has multiple animatronic versions over the years, most of them homicidal and malicious.

  • Chica the Chicken (Five Nights at Freddy's): The original incarnation of Chica who appeared in the first Five Nights at Freddy's game. She is a yellow chicken animatronic who is possessed by the ghost of a murdered child named Susie, who is also one of The Missing Children
  • Toy Chica: An updated, kid-friendly version of Chica modified with facial recognition software, to prevent any more murders at the Fazbear pizzerias. She may be possessed by an unnamed girl.
    • Toy Chica (Toy Chica: The High School Years): a counterpart of Toy Chica who appears in the Toy Chica: The High School Years cutscenes from Ultimate Custom Night, she serves as parody of the "yandere" character archetype.
  • Phantom Chica: A hallucination of Chica that lurks within the horror attraction Fazbear's Fright, disabling the attraction's technology if it jumpscares the night guard.
  • Nightmare Chica: A nightmare monstrous counterpart to Chica, that haunts the nightmares of a child.
