Many characters do not need to be fully grown to practice villainy. Some are already born villainous or, if not, get possessed, brainwashed or influenced in their childhoods, though like full-grown adults and other beings, kids can qualify to be Pure Evil, which is especially the case with Henry Evans, if their Moral Agency is made clear and if they commit absolutely unforgivable actions, despite their young age. The following villains listed are those who are supposed to be under the age of 13 or take the appearance of children (e.g. Pride, Baby Doll).
Do not add adolescent villains into this category. While teenagers are commonly mistaken for children, these two age groups are actually very different from each other. Please add teens to the Teenage Villains category. Also, do not include adult or teenage villains who are shown to have been heroic or, at the very least, neutral during their childhood (e.g. Darth Vader). Only villainous children belong in this category.
Typically, the acts most kids villains commit are not as atrocious as the ones committed by adult villains, but there are notable exceptions, such as Abigail Williams from Murdered: Soul Suspect who killed many female as the Bell Killer.
