Bubbha is a minor antagonist of Pixar's 16th full-length animated feature film The Good Dinosaur. He is a Velociraptor who serves as the leader of a gang of three Velociraptors.
He was voiced by Dave Boat, who would go on to play Jim Hall in the 2018 Netflix original Croc-Blanc.
"Raptors prey on the prized herd of longhorns that belong to Butch and his Tyrannosaurus Rex family. Raptors—or Rustlers, as Butch calls them—sport wiry, feathered bodies and hardly compare in size or strength to a T-Rex. But as a group, the Raptors pose quite a threat, and even a T-Rex may need to call in reinforcements before tangling with them."
The Good Dinosaur
Bubbha and his gang share a rivalry with the Tyrannosaurus family (Butch, Nash, and Ramsey) as they stole a herd of longhorns from the T. rexes to devour.
Bubbha first appears along with his group in the movie when Arlo yelled on the rock after Spot bites his leg. Bubbha jumps in front of Arlo asks him what he's doing. Arlo tries to keep it natural, but Bubbha knows he does nothing, and he orders his minions to attack him. However, Nash, Ramsey, and their father, Butch, come in and attack them. Bubbha tries to attack Nash, but gets knocked out. He then retreats with Earl after Butch throws Lurleane and Pervis away.
