The Borneo Crocodile is a minor antagonist in the 2004 movie Anacondas: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid.
A team of pharmaceutical researchers consisting of Dr. Jack Byron, Gordon Mitchell, Sam Rogers, Gail Stern, Cole Burris and Ben Douglas arrives in Borneo and navigates on a river aboard the boat of their guide Bill Johnson.
However, Gail accidentally falls from the boat into the river and injures her arm, spreading her blood in the water which attracts the crocodile. Bill tries to help Gail to return on his boat, but the crocodile suddenly emerges and drags her underwater. Without hesitations, Bill plunges in the water to rescue her and manages to get her back on the boat, however the crocodile attacks him before he could join her. Bill starts violently wrestling the reptile and uses his knife to stab it, making it bleed.
Finally, Bill succeeds in killing the crocodile with his knife, then he returns on the boat with the team and they leave away. But unknown to them, the crocodile's carcass is devoured by an Anaconda shortly after.
- It is the first crocodile to appear in the Anaconda franchise, the others are the Black Lake Crocodiles.
