PE Proposal: Happy (Happy's Humble Burger Farm)

  • 1 What's the work?
  • 2 Who is the candidate and what has she done?
  • 3 Mitigating factors?
  • 4 Heinous standards?
  • 5 Final verdict?

Happy's Humble Burger Barn and Happy's Humble Burger Farm are two indie horror games developed by Scythe Dev Team and published by tinyBuild. The games are set in an alternate universe where the Solar System is very different, with the planet where humans live being called Scythe instead of Earth, and two organizations known as Paragon Inc. and Obscura Biotech kidnap people to trap them into simulations, most notably one where people work at a fast food restaurant.

Happy the Humble Heifer aka Asset Joy is one of the primordial creatures residing deep within Scythe's core. When Dr. Zaine Grimm began his experiments on the island of Dur…

PE Proposal: High Override

So I'm back with more Ben 10 content and this may be the last and possibly final candidate from the franchise. However, this isn't from the mainstream franchise and, unpleasantly speaking, I am not super excited or viably happy to announce when I say... eesh... this is from the reboot series.

Now the reboot is something that turned off many Ben 10 lovers out there and ultimately brought either galore or at best, utter shame, to the franchise's sake. And let me tell you, the moment I saw this reboot years back is when I was more angrier than any motherf-cker out there in the real world to the point I was willing to wage war with Cartoon Network for how much the creators did very little to reconstruct the same patterned themes of what made Ben 10

PE Proposal: Felix Nash

So got a quickie to do, someone who has been on my mind for quite a while who I believe just makes it. And we can forever be shocked that the work he comes from has not one, but two potential PE keepers now. Let the trial commence.

  • 3 Mitigating Factors
  • 4 Heinous Standard

Ernest Goes to Jail is a 1990 live-action film produced by Touchstone Pictures, and is yet another wacky outing in the already really zany film series, perhaps the weirdest of the lot. Now working as a janitor in the bank, Ernest eventually got into an accident that sees him badly electrocuted, becoming a Sith Lord and Magneto as the dude attracts metal all around him while shooting out lightning. I wish I was making …

PE Proposal: Mervyn from Wizards vs Aliens

I've got a few proposals for better known characters down the line, but I wanted to make one on Mervyn now because he's very much a quality vs quantity style villain, having a body count of 0 in a verse where the standards are very high. I think he's also the only Wizards vs Aliens villain to qualify as PE (the main villain of season 3 might be as well, but I'll have to research that further, he seems to fail the standards in my eyes).

  • 1 What is the Work?
  • 2 Who is the Character and What Has He Done?

PE Proposal: Silver Cyclone from Batman: The Brave and The Bold

So, I'm back, after finally doing my last plagiarized reproposal, now I can finally continue going on with new proposals, and this time, with a series that I think I saw some episodes in my childhood (maybe not sure), about possibly my favourite super hero (besides Deadpool, and Spiderman, or maybe the three are my favourites who knows) Batman, so when I saw that there was a lot of Batman stuff in Max, I well...chose to watch this pretty good series, mostly because I didn't need to watch other series after or before this one. And well, surprising enough, it seems that this series has a lot of possible candidates that I could maybe propose later, and seeing how Gentleman Ghost was already proposed, I said, hey, let's start with a villain th…

Pure Evil Proposal: David Leigh

  • 1 What's the Work?
  • 2 Who is David Leigh and What Has He Done?
  • 3 Heinous Standards?
  • 4 Mitigating Factors?
  • 5 Final Verdict?

The Last Broadcast is a obscure but underrated found-footage 1998 horror film directed, written, and produced by the Stefan Avalos and Lance Weiler duo. They also act in the film alongside David Beard and Jim Seward. Centering on a film-maker who after a year, investigates the killings that occurred on the New Jersey Pine Barrens to find the truth. But as the tried and true statement goes: don't believe what they say on television.

Also fun fact this movie had a mere budget of $900 lol.

Hyped to do a proposal about a semi-prominent bad guy from my favorite franchise ever who I also happen to quite like as a character.

Star Wars as we all know is one of the biggest franchises of all time. Created by George Lucas it is a science fiction space opera saga that consists of now 11 live-action films (starting with A New Hope, then only known as Star Wars), several animated and live-action shows and countless comics, videogames and novels. After Lucas sold the franchise to Disney in 2012, a canon reset concerning all non-movie material (except for the a…

PE Proposal: Leith Pierre from Poppy Playtime

Well, well, well. Who do we have here? Now, some of you may be wondering who this candidate is? He’s an employee from Playtime CO, a neglectful one, and was able to survive the Hour of Joy. His name is Leith Pierre.

I know this proposal is gonna be a controversial one, so I brought Kodikos here to help me with the proposal. He written the “What Has He Done?” and “Mitigating Factors?” sections.

This is my (Eleeysium’s) third proposal and my second collab proposal with Kodikos. So, prepare and let’s see what we got here.

Red Death is Male. TRUTH REVEALED!

]] Hello guys. LB&SCR E2 here, today, I'm going to be uncovering the truth about the Red Death's true gender. (HTTYD)

The official gender is...

MALE!

  1. Creativity - DreamWorks was trying to be creative since they are DreamWorks afterall. A prime example is in Kung Fu Panda 3, when General Kai arrived a goose who was scared of Kai layed eggs as it is possible that that goose is male as evident that it was voiced by Mick Wingert. Meaning that this could be applied to the Red Death. But there was no indications about the Red Death laying eggs in the film. I guess Saunders decided to keep it a secret.
  2. Book version - The Green Death is male in the books.
  3.  Chris Sanders's actual explanation - "This ultimate monster, seen pursuing Toothless and Hiccup, is …

PE Proposal: The General from Fist of the North Star

I am proposing what may very well be the shortest Pure Evil Proposal to date given that he only appears in a flashback but from this bit-part guy he has done so much, well beyond his weight (no pun intended even though he's a fatass) and class.

  • 1 What's The Work
  • 2 Who is The General? What has he done?
  • 3 Freudian Excuse/Mitigating Factors
  • 4 Heinous Standard
  • 5 Final Verdict

Fist of the North Star is a franchise that began with the eponymous manga series, serialized from 1983 to 1988. • 1 What is the work?
  • 2 Who is she? What has she done?
  • 3 Mitigating factors? Freudian Excuse?
  • 4 Heinous standard

English folklore consisting of the many urban legends and mythical beasts beginning from the country's beginnings. Of note, we have a particularly nasty example.

Black Annis is an ugly hag with a blue face and iron claws as sharp as talons. Black Annis is said to prowl the countryside of Leicestershire where she allegedly lives in a cave somewhere in the Dane Hills. You would know that it would be her home should you see an oak tree in front of it. Annis' history is... sketchy at best. Some scholars believe she originated from a tale about an ancient goddess. Much like other legendary beings like Bloody Ma…

PE Proposal: Wilma Sledkin

PE Proposal: Memphis from The Life

I know, I know. We're in the third month of 2024, and XOBITES hasn't proposed a villain from a musical no one's heard of?

Pure Evil reproposal - The Shadow King

I recently talked about this with both The Pro-Wrestler and Jester of chaos on Discord, and we and several others agreed that giving him a reproposal was fine. • 1 What's the work?
  • 2 Who is he? What has he done?
  • 3 Heinous Standards
  • 4 Verdict

My Soul to Take is a 2010 supernatural slasher film produced, written and directed by Wes Craven himself, and is often panned as one of his worst works.

The small town of Riverton is isolated by a mysterious serial killer simply dubbed as The Riverton Ripper, who is in secret a schizophrenic man named Abel Plenkov. Abel finds out about his murderous split personality and tell his psychiatrist about it, who ten tips the cops. This results in the Ripper murdering Abel's wife and presumably dying after getting drowned in a river.

However, 16 years later after the event, The Riverton Seven, a group of teenagers who were born the day Plenkov presumably died are being slaughtered…

PE Removal: Big Brother

I got permission from The Pro-Wrestler for this removal.

  • 1 What's The Work?
  • 2 Who is he? What has he done?
  • 3 Why doesn't he qualify?
  • 4 Verdict

Susumu Hirasawa is a Japanese singer/songwriter known for writing weird and otherworldly songs and composing the score to the anime adaptation of Berserk. This particular song is entitled "Big Brother" and is based on the character of Big Brother from George Orwell's famous dystopian novel 1984.

This song's version of Big Brother, as in the book, is said to be the ruler of a tyrannical dictatorship, which in this case appears to cover the whole world rather than just Oceania. As in the book he appears to be watching the entire population at all times and telling them that what he's doing is for their own good, …

PE Proposal: Dr. Yung

Well, looks like this guy can be good friends with Dick Hardly.

  • 1 What is the work?
  • 2 Who is he? What has he done?
  • 3 Mitigating factors? Freudian Excuse?
  • 4 Heinous standard

Pokémon: The Mastermind of Mirage Pokémon is a TV special, one of three actually, for the Pokémon TV series where Professor Oak gets kidnapped by the eponymous Mirage Master alongside Dr. Yung, who introduces the heroes to "Mirage Pokémon" replicas artificially created to not have the "flaws" of their natural counterparts.

Except... there is something amiss with Yung.

Dr. Yung at first appears to be a kindly scientist, but he is actually a sociopathic maniac who disliked Pokémon for their "imperfections." So, he decided to research ways to remedy that. He comes up with the "Mirage Sy…

PE Removal: Dr. Oswald Harrison from Fran Bow

Here I am, again, to re do a thing that was plagiarized, this time being a removal for a character that really seemed to be PE, and just for one line doesn't qualify, funny. Thanks to Ordeaux26 for giving me permission to do this.

  • 1 What's the work?
  • 2 Who is Dr. Oswald Harrison?
  • 3 Why doesn't he qualifies anymore?
  • 4 Final Verdict

Fran Bow is a point and click horror game, where the protagonist, Fran Bow, would have to escape the Asylum, find her cat and get to know the truth about the deads of her parents, while also taking weird pills that would show her very weird things and weird creatures.

Well, he is the founder of the asylum that I mentioned before, the thing is that this asylum isn't actually good, like at all, in reality, this place was just…

PE Reproposal - Scroop from Treasure Planet

Ah, Treasure Planet. One of, imo, Disney's most underrated classics that I've found myself being very addicted to back in the day, having watched this movie over and over repeatedly back then. Ironic that it's been so long since I've rewatched that film, but now that I have done so for the first time in forever, I figured I might make some form of relitigation for a Scroopful of evil that makes the medicine go down. Yeah, ngl, when I was new to the criteria back then, I was initially baffled at Scroop's rejection as he did have a lot of traits that would associate one with PE and was of a rather strong opinion of him counting, even having thought back then that he deserved a reproposal. Then, later down the line when I would gain a better …

PE Proposal: Warren Putnam

I'm surprised that candidates from The Handmaid's Tale haven't been discussed before, because the villains in this show are extremely vile. And this guy is easily the most vile of them all.

  • 1 What's the Work?
  • 2 Who is Warren Putnam? What Has He Done?
  • 3 Heinous Standard
  • 4 Mitigating Factors
  • 5 Final Verdict

The Handmaid's Tale is a 2017 dystopian television series based on the 1985 novel of the same name by Margaret Atwood. The story follows the journey of June Osborne, a woman forced to be a "Handmaid", a breeding slave in the totalitarian regime Gilead, a religious dictatorship that was formed following the destruction of the United States. The television series massively expands the story of the novel, extending is significantly and creating storyline…

PE Proposal: Daryl (Moriarty the Patriot)

It has finally been a while since I looked back into the grim world of Moriarty the Patriot and from there had already proposed two incredibly vile scumbags that stand out more than enough for their essentially depraved crimes while a a good friend o' mine took care of the series' biggest contenders on a larger scale, including an anime-only child serial killer. However, you all thought this was the entirety of Moriarty's utmost vile gallery of Aristocrats, here's the thing... before you is the very last candidate and this time it's a war criminal.

Upon reading this dude's arc, he's the textbook example of a Not-So-Well-Intentioned Extremist who pushed out its way to say that stating so is a massive understatement by the milestone of it. Sheesh, …

PE Reproposal: Count Dracula (Monster Force)

Now this was a villain I have proposed on a collab with Pixarfan1234 back in mid 2022, which was fine... for what we had to work with. Which implies we had to face a big limitation back then, which yes indeed we did, not all the episodes we have managed to get in English. The final 4 episodes, which includes 2 appearances of our candidate, major ones in fact, were in... Russian, a language none of us were well versed and we needed second handed translations and all, in which i will still thank I=-Vanya-=I for providing, but still, mistranslations sure are a thing... and we sure as hell did not get one up because of such a thing, so with a source for the episodes in English finally available out of sheer chance, why not make another post to…

PE Proposal: Bruno Helldorf from Sisu

Here's a new candidate before doing up my exams for the half-semester at college. Let the trial commence!

  • 1 What's the work
  • 2 Who is he/What has he done
  • 3 Mitigating factor
  • 4 Heinousness
  • 5 Final verdict

Sisu is a 2022 Finnish war movie. The title comes from the word “Sisu”, a Finnish word that can hardly be translated and represents the concept of perseverance and resilience when one is facing difficulties.

The movie revolves around a Finnish soldier named Aatami. Having lost his family during WWII, he wanders alone in Lapland, only to discover by pure luck a gold deposit while he is digging. Unfortunately for him, some Nazis are aware of the existence of the gold and want to have it for themselves. This is when the concept of “Sisu” really comes into …

Pure Evil Proposal: The Degenerate

New proposal. Note that the content is taken from Degenerate’s article, but I wrote it.

This is also 4/5 Ultraverse proposals I have planned

  • 1 What’s the work?
  • 2 Who is The Degenerate? What has he done?
  • 3 Mitigating Factors
  • 4 Heinous Standards
  • 5 Verdict

The Ultraverse is a comic universe made by the now defunct Malibu Comics. The verse contains characters known as “Ultras”, which are basically this universe’s version of mutants, or people with superpowers in general.

This time, we are covering the third and final candidate from the title, Solitaire. Introducing to you, The Degenerate

With no relations to Lord Tenoroc, The Degenerate is a supporting villain in the series. He’s an anarchist and arsonist who targets things deemed beautiful by society. Art …

PE Removal: Cinder Fall

At this point, we probably have to push harder against these issues when it comes to backstories.

Rooster Teeth's RWBY, an anime-influenced web animated series that was originally penned by the late Monty Oum. Known for its fight sequences, RWBY takes place in the World of Remnant following, well, Team RWBY comprised of Ruby Rose; Weiss Schnee; Blake Belladonna (a Faunus), and Ruby's half-sister Yang and their struggles against the main antagonist of the series Salem, the former lover of Ozpin and the one who has total control of the monstrous Grimm.

The sadistic Cinder Fall is a ruthless woman who only cares about getting more power for herself. Working under Salem in her faction, Cinder Fall is one of the people responsible for the Fall of Be…

PE Proposal: Iron Baron

I was recently given permission by TAD to do a proposal from a childhood classic we have in common. That's right folks, I'm doing my first PE proposal from the original Ninjago series.

The candidate in question is a rather small player in the grand scheme of things, but nevertheless is up there with the scummiest of the Ninja's enemies. You thought Empress Beatrix was a horrific dragon abuser. Well guess what? Before her, there was the Iron Baron, a cowardly slimeball who lies as though it were as natural as breathing. I always thought he was PE material, and now we're gonna find out if he fills the quota.

Now let's kick back whip around and spin right into it.

  • 1 What's the Work?
  • 2 Who is He? What Has He Done?
  • 3 Mitigating Factors?
  • 4 Heinous Standard?…
