Big Shadow is the primary antagonist of Kikaider 01, the sequel to the Tokusatsu series Android Kikaider. He is the leader of an evil terrorist organization called SHADOW and seeks to destroy Japan's entire population for an unknown reason.
History
He first tries to get Gill-Hakaider to join SHADOW. Though Hakaider initially refuses, he is eventually forced to join after the Hakaider Squad is defeated.
At first, Big Shadow communicated to his underlings through audio, though his location was later discovered by Jiro after he disguised himself as Hakaider.
Big Shadow later has Dr. Komyoji kidnapped and forces the professor to build a device to repair SHADOW's androids. However, Komyoji rigs the machine to explode, killing Big Shadow.
