Overview
Alissa is the fiance of the protagonist James King and the daughter of Martin Barrow. At the outset of the film, she is hosting an engagement party for herself and James, where she gives him an electric guitar as a gift and invites John Mayer on stage to perform. After James winds up arrested for fraud and embezzlement, Alissa dumps him and decides to move on. After Martin confesses his crime to James and Darnell, Alissa suddenly shows up and admits to her role in the scheme, thus revealing her true colors. She is arrested along with her father, Peter and Gayle.
