Agent Abrella, though acting behind the shadows at first, is the main antagonist in Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger.
History
Hailing from planet Rain, Abrella dons a glass dome simulate his home world's environment to sustain himself. The most sinister figure in the galactic black market, providing his Mechanoid soldiers and Kaijuuki robots for the right price, Abrella caused numerous wars in seven galaxies that destroyed billions of lives in the process. Arriving to Earth, Abrella, uses his clients to gather intel on the Deka base to set up a plan over time to fulfill his desire for a "world of just currency and crime".
Once the Dekarangers learn of his presence on Earth, Abrella starts taking their interference personally after the Browgoul incident and began leading a campaign against the Space Police until he finally executes his master plan: Busting out a quartet of dangerous Alienizer criminals and taking over the Deka Base to have it rampage Megalopolis. From there, Abrella intended to wipe out the bulk of SPD coming to aid their Earth branch with their own planetary forcefield. However, he and his group thrown out of the Dekabase, Abrella meets his end at the hands of the Dekarangers with his pupil Apollos would carry on in his stead. Abrella's restless spirit later took refused on the ghost ship captained by Los Dark, aiding him in destroying the Gokaigers.
A giant clone was seen in the Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger 10 Years After special but was destroyed by the DekaRanger Robo piloted by Tetsu (DekaBreak).
