Adele Dazeem is the semi antagonist of the Nostalgia Critic's editorial Are You Sick of Let it Go? She is based off Queen Elsa of Arendelle from Frozen and is named after the flub John Travolta made at the Academy Awards when mispronouncing Idina Menzel's name. She was played by Tamara Chambers.
Are You Sick of Let it Go?
The editorial begins with the Critic arriving home from the movie theaters, having just seen Frozen. The Critic began to sing his own version of the song, wondering what makes this song so successful that it even gave rise to a trend of "Let it Go" parody songs and covers. Suddenly, Adele Dazeem (played by Tamara Chambers) appeared to him, and then began to sing about how the song was consuming the universe, and that she didn't care how many times that the listeners had heard her main theme, she would still have the song continue to play on, essentially torturing people with it. The Critic, as you would've guessed, was singing about how torturous and annoying all these videos of "Let it Go" were becoming, and that the audience should move on to the next big thing. Adele suggested the song "Everything is Awesome" from The Lego Movie, but the Critic later takes what he said previously back because he didn't want to get reminded of that song. After the song had ended, the Critic made a threat to drop anyone as his friend if they send him another music video regarding "Let it Go." The editorial then ends when Adele asked the Critic if he wanted to build a snowman with her. The Critic then responds by punching her without even looking at her, and the editorial ends on that note.
